Retrospective: A Year for Women on Pinkbike

March 8th is International Women's Day. To celebrate, Pinkbike would like to take you back through the last year of highlights and coverage from women's mountain biking.

The Big News of the Year

After an intense season, Manon Carpenter wins the Overall UCI DH World Cup title and World Championships.

Tracy Moseley didn t seem to be herself on track today dropping behind Cecile Ravanel on the second stage but clawing her way back into second this afternoon. She s nearly a minute off Chausson but holds 15 second over Ravanel who she needs to beat to take the title.
Tracy Mosely edges out Anne-Caroline Chausson for the 2014 Enduro World Series overall win.

Neff had an untouchable lead comimg into this race finished up the season with a brilliant perfomance.
Jolanda Neff wraps up an incredible season and takes the overall UCI XCO win for 2014.

Pendrel got out front quickly and never looked back. She flatted on the last lap but had enough of a lead to take the win with ease.
Canadian Catharine Pendrel wins the UCI XCO World Championships in Hafjell, Norway.
