PRESS RELEASE: RideWrap

We love a good portmanteau as much as the next person. But, to be honest, Brexit introduced more than a few challenges to doing business in the UK. VAT, duties, slow delivery times, etc. To navigate those challenges and to make life easier for riders in the UK, RideWrap opened a production facility in the UK.

We are excited to announce the expansion of RideWrap's operations to include local production based in the UK. With this addition, we can support riders across the UK with bike protection components produced in their backyards that get to their doors fast and hassle-free.

Just had a look at the website. Both 2017 fork and frame i searched for were on there and offered an option to cover more than the invisiframe fork products i have used do. Im impressed.

Stoked to hear that, the library is pretty deep. There are so many bikes in the world, and adding a team on the ground in the UK, alongside others in different countries, allows us to be constantly adding new models daily and filling out the options for each market.

I take it they have never visited the UK then?

How does this compare to invisiframe? Seems to be a bit more expensive, I paid £70 for a full bike kit

It's honestly the same, but if they don't have your frame model/size in stock you can opt for a 'covered' solution. Put the Invisiframe on my Transition Scout last year, and chucked RideWrap on my Mondraker Crafty last week because invisiframe didn't have my sizing.

The process is the same, the material feels the same, the only difference for me was that RideWrap feels a bit more polished with their packaging and fitting kit but then it comes at a similar price for a generic fit.

All in all, it's just nice to have another option

While Invisiframe does make good products in the same category, we'd love to share a few unique features of our products that we are proud of ...

Our kit comes fully stocked with the squeegee, microfiber, cleaning wipes, and install juice you need to get the job done, just acquire a spray bottle from underneath your sink.

From a design standpoint, we developed our in-house design tech to provide high coverage all over the frame, among others, spots like the inner chainstay and seatstay are fully covered.

Our pricing is consistent for any model/size of our Tailored Protection™ kits... you wouldn't want to pay more for an XXL t-shirt?

Our films are developed in-house specifically for bikes, not cars.

If you are not into a model/size-specific option - as @RadBikeBro mentioned, we've got a ton of universal fit products designed around your coverage and frame style needs.
