So Tomas Lemoine has no helmet sponsor? Having to wear a blacked out ProTec?

Oh...and I was gonna go nuts if they didn't show a whole lap of the course. Had no idea where the finish line was for half of that video and I was about to go insane. Way better track layout than that flat out straight shot Whistler one that mimicked Straight Rhythm

That Whistler pump track looked like such garbage.

@nickgarrison: Yeah, you'd think they would at least make the tracks criss cross over/under each other or do a 360 drain turn like on the Joyride course. Something to change direction/carve a turn.

He also rode finals with his phone in his pocket- see 5:00 in the video...

2:09 Googles with no lens ?

I guess that's what happens when you're sponsored to wear goggles, but you don't want to wear goggles. (or googles...if you prefer)
  • 2 1
that keeps the sponsor happy, but he probably didn't have clear lenses for night racing.

@dover1: doesn't sound like something a sponsored rider wouldn't have..

@motoxxxer26: unless there was an unforeseen incident, like he forgot his clear ones. . .

 Helmet shakes less with goggles.

 @DillonFaubion:
Just spit it out ! Glad my laptop screen protect me Smile

@mitchbike: Exactly! Goggles actually do a great job keeping helmets in place
  • 1 1
keeps it in place. when the trails are too muddy, I prefer to ride lens less there is just a point where tear offs and goggles rolls don't help, and riding even with clear lenses at night time makes things darker

We all have to agree that Brett Tippie is the best announcer.

I cannot believe Jill Kintner. I hope some day it will click for us that she is by far the most dominant female MTBer from the US for over a decade. Her dominance since her early days in BMX and now with pump tracks is unbelievable. Her humility and aloofness makes it easy to just say, "oh yeah and then Jill won the pump track challenge of course, anyway so when is slopestyle?"

I for one am so proud to have met her.

Kudos Jill.

Anyone know the status of the rider who was ko'd on the berm at the far end. Was an awful crash.
  • 1 0
Yeah, he slammed quite hard into the face of that berm. Still haven’t been able to find any update on him though.

Shouldn't have asked Micheal if you didn't want a Bias opinion

Jonna Johnsen looks like a female Emil Johanssen! (@3:55)
  • 4 4
Interesting to note that most of the girls don't manual or jump the rollers at all, but almost all of the guys do. I wonder why...

Great work on the video boys.

Jonna Johnson looks like Emil Johansson...
