We have been using the large version of the Enduroguard on a 160mm fork for a few months now, and first and foremost we have to take issue with the name. Nothing makes us grind our teeth more than people slapping the "E" word on random products, and this is one of the worst offenders we have come across. We are also not sure we can agree with RRP that the 1mm polypropylene is the perfect solution for the material as it got bent a number of times during the test period, especially shoving the bike into the trunk of a car. That said, it was never deformed so badly that it couldn't be fixed with a hairdryer and a little patience. This style of guard is well-proven, and it did an admirable job of keeping mud out of our eyes and faces. One feature we particularly liked was the additional material on the sides to protect your seals - it was surprisingly effective at keeping them clean, no matter the conditions. The range of available colours is also a nice touch for anyone who likes to keep their colours co-ordinated. If you can get past the name, there is a lot to like about the Enduroguard. - Mary Moncorge |

However you have to keep in mind, that Marz forks with Gold Race Coating (that orange-goldish coating on its stanchions) aren't perfect. I am currently waiting for Marzocchi to do something with my fork.

I guess it is worth it to keep the 350 on the Norco then. I will save me enought money to get a dropper, and the 350 seems better than the Pike for more gravity oriented usage!
I had Zocchi's in the past and always loved them, so the 350 will be welcomed!
Thanks, again
I've also had a friend copy it in the copy machine and enlarging it by 1,5 times to make a templet for a Fat Bike guard. Works brilliantly as well.
step 1. internet searched Endur*guard
step 2. copy appropriate image
step 3. paste to Paint program and scale to size
step 4. print
step 5. stencil to old binder found in garage
step 6. cut-out
step 7. install.
Cost= one old 3 hole binder found in the garage, one sheet of paper, one beer
Who BUYS this kinda stuff?

They help keep dirt off your stanchions and out of your fork steerer (and your bottom head-tube bearings) nothing else.
If you want to keep the mud out of your eyes, get one of those Cycra Guard (www.cycraguard.co.uk/front) front-fenders that go on your downtube, or one of the more wrap-around (kinda moto-style) fork-mounted versions like RockGuardz or MudHugger.

I wanna boycott this because of the name. Was their no mud to protect your fork from before "Enduro"? What Ever!
As for these types of products I think they're great. I've had to replace sliders cause of dirt that got in, and it was probably the least fun I've had spending 300 bucks on my bike.
You had to replace sliders because your fork dried up inside either from a lack of maintenance. Or the fork came with no grease/oil in it.
The area that was worn was really specific
Still like my mucky nutz almost as much as I like saying mucky nutz
