I think more people showed up to Highland's Friday Night racing this week.

The seeding results don’t account for all the other classes though.

Cat 2 course was way safer and there had to be 60 kids between the various 18 and under groupings. Lots of riders, just not that many pros - and several chose not to post a seeding time given the condition of the course Saturday. It was in much better shape (sun and wind this morning helped dry some parts out) today.

There were around 200 racers. Very few Pros/cat 1s showed due to the horrendous weather we had all week. Track was next to impossible and conditions were way more difficult than the world cup.

Guessing it was raining cuz Neko goes stupid fast there in rain. CG hot on the heels, NC boys!

The cat 2 and single crown categories are much bigger, 30+ people per category

Can't believe the racing and tracks are soo much better in the South East than Canada.

 Explain?

@cky78: Having gone to windrock and Whistler, I personally like windrock better because it's more like real Downhill and Whistler bike park just isnt challenging.

@Rileyplummer: while I agree with this, the Sea to Sky corridor has better riding that all of the southeast combined

You realize there's more to Canada than Whistler, right? Snowshoe is rad, I raced a few Nationals there but Bromont and Mt Saint Anne in the rain are pretty scary too.
