Shred Sisters is a group of passionate women dedicated to improving your mountain biking skills in a fun and safe environment. We provide high quality teaching led by the best local coaches. We are committed to your learning and laughter! Starting from the beginning, Shred Sisters was founder Audrey Duval’s dream. She yearned to find a way to foster the desire to learn and to grow in a supportive yet challenging environment that she saw so many women in her biking community looking for.

She began running small, focused courses with women of similar skill levels in order to help show her students that we all, even the most seasoned rider, have things to learn. Audrey has learned so much from her students that she has not only grown as a coach herself, but also grown her coaching staff to include an array of excellent talent in both Alberta and British Columbia. This is all because the community that has been the foundation of Shred Sisters since day one has grown to be a fun-loving, fierce group of sassy women who are so ready to support one another. Shred Sisters offers workshops, courses, events, and retreats for all skill levels, ranging from beginner to advanced riders. This thriving group of empowered women is the reason that we have had to add to our ranks to keep up with the ever-growing community. This growth is also the reason we are so excited to share our new course additions and returning favorites for 2018!

bigquotesShred Sisters is building a sisterhood of mountain biking that fosters confidence, camaraderie and the love of being outdoors. My level of skill and enjoyment of riding grow with every lesson! And the fact that my 16 year old daughter and I can ride together is outstanding.

bigquotesI loved my five-week beginner mountain bike course with Shred Sisters! Right from the first class it was a really fun, low-pressure and supportive learning environment. I learned SO many tips and tricks, and watched my riding level skyrocket in a short period of time as a result. I improved more in five weeks with Shred Sisters than I did riding alone for three years. What an awesome community of bad-ass ladies! I encourage anyone who has an inkling to try it to GO FOR IT Smile

bigquotesMy boyfriend couldn't believe how much my biking confidence changed in such a short period of time.
I would never go biking with him because I was petrified of getting hurt and now I'm leaving him in the dust on the uphills and able to keep up now on the downhill.
I love that I am able to now enjoy riding with him and not staying back missing out.
Highly recommend this course, learning from other females is the way to go.
