The second season of Central European Enduro Series is over. After races in Slovakia, Poland, Austria and the Czech Republic the last race took place in Treuchtlingen, a town situated in Bavarian countryside with beautiful hills around which hosted the event. Autumn was in full swing with its colours and the weather was spectacular, blue skies for both days.
There were seven stages ready for PRO categories and six of them for OPEN categories. All the stages were well prepared and with no rain in previous couple weeks they were little bit dusty, but that didn´t stop any of the racers from having fun.
Over 400 racers and many more spectators found their way to Treuchtlingen. The vibe was unreal, people were cheering for all the racers especially at the last part of stage seven.
Stages were bit shorter and racing was really tight. You have to avoid any mistake to get on the podium. It was simply great to watch all the action and how all riders were pushing their limits!
Fastest riders for Specialized Enduro in Treuchtlingen 2018 were:
- Pro Elite Men: Simon Carlsson (SWE)
- Pro Elite Women: Raphaela Richter (GER)
- Pro Elite U21: Vojtech Blaha (CZE)
- Pro Masters: Tobias Leonhardt (GER)
- Open Junior Male: Erik Emmrich (GER)
- Open Men: Clemens Bachmann (GER)
- Open Women: Tanja Frank (GER)

Big thanks goes to all the venues and to people who made Central European Enduro Series 2018 come to life as well as all the riders who came to all races and had a good time on their bikes. It was a great year of racing in countries of Central Europe, thank you all!
