It is. But it's a start list and it looks like the start order is basically the lower Women's Elite, lower Men's Elite, Top Women's Elite, Top Men's Elite.

@MarcusBrody: Weirdly the U21 men and women seem to be in descending order of current ranking and the elites are in ascending order of current ranking, and look like their numbers are based on last year's ranking and not changed like in downhill?
