Check out who's taking the start line in the short form XC race this afternoon in the Pyrenees. The biggest missing name here is Mathieu Van Der Poel, who is taking some time off to recover after a long winter of cyclocross, Spring Classics and XC racing.

I have foreseen it... it seems that all sort of athletes in all MTB racing disciplines rode too hard this season.

Still not recovered fully from breaking her hand. Just got the cast off the other day.To quote her, "It'll still be a little while before my hand is fully capable of riding and racing my MTB, but we're taking small steps forwards."
