U23 women race at 10am EST, Elite Women race at 12:15pm EST and Elite Men race at 14:45pm EST.

 Too bad we won't be able to watch it in the USA (legally) because of geo restriction... Hidden behind NBC Gold pay wall. What a joke.

 Some of those UCI rankings don't quite match reality. I understand why Rissveds hasn't gained enough points, but Ferrand-Prevot?

For me, this will be the race of the championships. The womens XC has been the most entertaining racing for at least the last three seasons. If Rissveds can be in the top ten within the first half a lap, barring mechanicals, she's my pick. Neff second.

 Riders can still earn uci points outside of WC races. That's why there are names we've never heard of in the top 20.

 @bcmrider: I know. Don't you think there is something wrong with that? Perhaps the top, say, ten ranked WC riders should have some sort of 'protection' for World Championships? The UCI writes the rules, they protect DH riders for publicity reasons, they can do it for XC.
