Riot Freeride is a new MTB gear and lifestyle brand from Bend, Oregon inspired by street art, punk rock, metal and B movies.

We are artists. Anarchists. Individuals. Black sheep. We don't care about labels, MTB fashion trends, gender specific colors, order, authority or boost hubs. We live to do things differently.

MTB Counter Culture

Riot was established to stand apart from the mountain bike mainstream. Designed to serve the outcast and the underground. The gravity pilots, adrenaline junkies, free riders and dirt jumpers. We started by looking for inspiration in new and unique places to come up with ideas that are unexpected. While we don’t have many options yet, we have a ton of designs, sketches and ideas ready to go into production in the near future. We plan to release our Limited Edition jersey designs in very small production runs on a regular basis. 250 to be exact. Once they are sold out, they will never be printed again with the exception of crash replacement for the original customer.

We are die hard fans of the leading MTB brands but we still feel like more choice is needed to express our own individuality. Maybe you feel the same.

High Quality Gear at a Better Cost

$200 shorts and $100 jerseys are an insult to your intelligence so we set out to design gear that could compete on quality but leave out the additional markup and unneeded features. Riot DH jerseys offer 4-way stretch fabrics, bullet proof five needle stitching, lightweight and breathable fabrics, an athletic fit for mobility and high-quality printing at a realistic price. Our base jerseys sell for $55 USD and Limited Edition jerseys are $75. All of our designs and color ways are unisex with specific fits for men and women.

No Women Were Harmed in the Making of Riot Jerseys

Yes, girls love everything beautiful. They especially love pink and baby blue. We get it. Also, butterflies, ponies, rainbows, puppies and things that are sparkly. Are you sensing sarcasm? Good. Unlike everyone else, we thought maybe we should just concentrate on making gear that fits women. We thought hey, maybe girls don't even want to look like girls from 5 miles away. Maybe, they just want to f*cking shred.

To fix a broken system in a male dominated sport we decided to design and develop our women’s jerseys using women's input and then use women to test them. It's not rocket surgery, but it makes a difference in fit, form, and function. Ask the girls of the Riot Wrecking Crew or any of our new customers and you will hear nothing but positive reviews. We couldn’t be more stoked.

Join the Revolution

Riot Freeride was created to tear down the old standards and start a new world disorder. We are just getting started but with your help, we will create a revolution. We are currently offering a pre-order sale on our long sleeve DH jerseys, so pick one up and put the money you save into more beer or 3mm wider hubs, we won't judge. #RideFreeOrDie

If people that call themselves anarchists ever experienced true anarchy (and a lack of authority since that's lame too) I think they'd be less seduced by the label.

Not going to lie, I love the philosophy that you guys are portraying. And I love to support small brands that make the giant leap into the cycling market, but I'm just not feelin the style. I can see it doing well with a good percentage, though! Good luck to you guys!

My thoughts exactly. Decent concept but not keen on the aesthetic. Or the overselling.

No disrespect but TLD costs 55 and 75. Why would I purchase from a brand with no proven record, a look from 2003, and the classic star symbol that's played out on the logo. Make me an affordable less tight version of Kitsbow, understated is so much better. I want to look like i ride bikes not a clown.

I love the look and feel of these jerseys!! As a small woman, I have a hard time finding well fitted long jerseys that aren't pink and purple. Say even if I did find that "one" jersey that fit well, was in a decent color and didn't cost a ton, every woman mountain bike would be wearing it...like the ones that Dakine, TLD and Raceface have created but for larger women. Truth is small women (and women in general) need more options for well fitted jerseys that are affordable. So in my opinion, these guys nailed it by creating a small run of jerseys at an affordable price, designed by two badass artists living in my hometown. It doesn't get much better than that!

Liking the passion! Please make some cut off jean looking shorts(not groin huggers) that are 4 way stretch.

The idea of punk rock jerseys is silly. Everyone knows that true punk rock mountain bikers get their clothes from the thrift store. Plain white T-shirts and cutoff Dickies is how this punk rolls.

I wore a T-shirt today. Tomorrow I will try my old worn out FEAR t-shirt with the Lee Ving signature no longer visible on the back and I will also be punk rock. He also signed my friends huge fake rake which is no longer visible. Does that make it even more punk rock? Maybe I should look one more time just to be sure.

By far the biggest misrepresentation of punk rock in the history of action sports
