The Bicycle Cafe Presents the Iron Road Brewing MTB Film Festival

On Saturday, September 30th, as part of the BrewLoops Beer Festival, The Bicycle Cafe Kamloops presents an evening of mountain bike cinematics and celebrations at the Iron Road MTB Film Festival.

Kamloops has always carried the iconic image of long and flowing, dusty-gold singletrack trails - an image that photographers and film makers have chased after since the infancy of mountain bike films. And it’s challenging to think of a major mountain bike movie that hasn’t featured a prominent Kamloops segment.

But it isn’t only big budget films that have defined the cinematic magic of mountain biking in Kamloops. Kamloops has always been home to a strong society of young film makers, inspired by the city’s iconic light and landscape, who’ve consistently created mountain bike media celebrated all around the world.

So on the evening of Saturday, September 30th, the Kamloops riding community will come together to celebrate the talent of these film makers and the magic of our trails, during a short film festival hosted on the big screen at Iron Road Brewing. And perhaps the most exciting aspect is that anyone can enter the show.
