The Butterfly Saga: Season 2, Episode 12 - Video

Episode 12 brings us to the wonderful trails in the heart of Sydney. Built and maintained by locals for countless years, the whole area has more recently been revamped into a place for beginners up to advanced riders. With 6 full length trails on the small hillside that have different options splitting off into more lines to provide maximum enjoyment and trails that don't get boring. With a mix of perfect loamy dirt and classic Sydney sandstone, these trails proved to be a great location for Pat and I to spend the day filming.

As usual, there are always some problems. We had filmed one of the trails and went to start the next from the bottom. Pat hucked to flat and managed to land on the only rock in sight, popping his rear tyre on impact and ending our day as we didn't have any spare tubes. Either way, it was good to get out and film some new trails that I had never been to before and see what I could produce - a nice short and sweet banger.

They're on that small parcel of land which is just north of the Georges River but south of the Hawkesbury and east of the Nepean River. Can't miss them.
