Slopestyle is in a constant state of progression. As features grow and the runs riders throw down get more technical, bikes need to keep up with the change.

Here's to the next big thing. Introducing the Canyon Stitched 720. Check out how it went down with the Canyon Factory Freeride Team at Red Bull Joyride 2015.

Canyon roped in Thomas Genon, Anton Thelander, Peter Henke and Tomas Lemoine of CFFT to help create a new full suspension set-up build to tame the biggest courses out there.

Rear shocks often disrupt the clean lines of slopestyle bikes. Until now. 100 mm out back can handle the biggest features for cleaner runs than ever before.

Thomas Genon's input was essential throughout development. After two seasons of testing the Stitched 720 is ready Tommy G threw down at Red Bull Joyride 2015 to land it on the podium.

they should be able to sell this one, if I remember correctly the reason they are not selling in America is because the Horst link patent belongs to Spech, this bike has no Horst link...If someone has more info please share!!

PAYBACK. I always wanted to get my hands on the specialized sx/4x slopestyle frame but they didn't import it in italy. Well now I don't want it anymore.

Can anyone explain how the bike work without a chain tensioner on a full suspension? It's a SS on the pix above right??
  • 14 0
the pivot is concentric to the BB shell, so there's no chain growth under compression. the wheel path travels the circumference as the chain resembles the radius.

The rear end rotates around the bottom bracket so the chain length never changes size. Kona made a xc singlespeed a few years back like that. My guess is that for pedaling on rough trails you'd get a lot of pedal pull every time you hit a bump, but with a dj bike you'll be running such high pressure you only compress your shock on the landings v

 This bike redefines "clean lines".

Where is located the down shock mount? Front or rear triangle? I mean, is the shock compressed from one, or both sides?
  • 1 0
Mark my words. I will get one!
