Rob Newman: The Cove - Video

Staying with the South-West's finest, we move from an elite downhiller to an elite enduro racer in the shape of Rob Newman. Riding on the UK Banshee Bikes/MRP/Halo Wheels team he’s been racing hard over the last few years moving up through the ranks to a top 15 overall standing in the 2016 British Enduro Series. Devon is not renown for having the biggest or steepest of hills but you’d be surprised what is hidden in the depths of the woods.

This little wood has seen mountain bike tyres for at least 20 years and holds memories for Rob of riding there as a teenager, getting pumped after hitting the road gap that’s still there today! However, the new generation of trail builders has turned their attention to creating some wild, loose, steep trails that really push a rider's ability.
