Video: The Perfect Flow

When we were traveling through Sweden this summer I was thinking about the thing we call 'flow",' what exactly is this word that can describe a lot of things.

Flow & timing on this one.

I found my answer when we arrived in Järvsö, a small town in the middle of the Swedish forest. Hod did I find my answer there? Just because this place has 'flow', not only on the bike park trail but all around. You can just go swimming on the lake then take your bike and have some laps in the park or just go fishing until the night and enjoy the red, pink, purple or orange sunset.

But you are going to say me, we found what you describe in a lot of places. I agree with that and hopefully for us but what I found there was a kind of soul. A unique feeling that happened only when your really happy in the place you are, your peaceful and want to stay here for the rest of your life. Short, I'm going a little bit to far for just a video explanation. So I think the "flow" is not only due to mountain biking trails but also with all the things that revolve around your experience of mountain biking.
