Trail Party kicked off the season at Pajarito Bike Park with a full day of lift access smiles. Gravity Stage Racing was on the table and riders were treated to 4 raw stages that they could race in any order as many times as they wanted. At the end of the day the best times were tallied to determine the champions in each respected category. Pajarito is a special place tucked in the mountains outside of Los Alamos New Mexico. The terrain is steep and offers a plethora of hand built trails that are very technical. The tracks are built and maintained in most part by the local volunteer trail crew the Tuff Riders.

Specialized Bike's Jimmy Smith showed up on race day having never been to the park and put together some hot laps for 2nd place in Pro

Austen Bickford (Left) and Teddy Jaramillo (Right) came out to party and were ripping the rowdy tracks of Paja.

The high fives and stories of the day's battle with the mountain over beers and campfires would be one last take away from Los Alamos New Mexico. Trails were ripped, new friends were made, and fears were conquered. The important stuff. We want to expresst our gratitude to our Sponsors: Specialized Bikes, Deity Components, Sensus Grips, Santa Fe Brewing, and Dirt Components. Big thanks also to Pajarito staff and volunteers for hosting an amazing event. We roll into Durango and Purgatory Bike Park August 10th for the next stop on the tour. It's sure to be a great weekend at one of the nations original MTB destinations.
