Between Katy battling back from a succession of concussions and Evie storming back from her knee injury to Emily changing up her training and it not going to plan and Ruaridh being diagnosed with the weird spinal fluid leak - side note I hope your on the mend Ruaridh .
Stepping away from the injuries Jolanda pretty much raced every discipline at the highest level this year, road, cyclo-cross, XC & DH - bonkers.
Bonkers conveniently takes me on to the DH guys - the three of them look like they are simply living the best life - having an absolute ball, I'm sure it is not all kendamas and red bull but shit you lads make it look a lot of fun.
