TweedLove Stories: Meet Gary Forrest - Video

With Shimano TweedLove Bike Festival 2016 just about to kick off, we caught up with Ibis Cycles pro rider, Gary Forrest - born and bred in the Tweed Valley, and a man with mountain biking in his blood. Consistently one of the fastest riders in the Valley for a good few years, Gary was one of the first local kids to get super fast and skillful at a very young age. Now a pro rider on the EWS tour, Gary is one of the favorites for the UK's biggest enduro of the year - the Shimano TweedLove International. A year ago a crash meant a back broken in five places, and intensive training to get back up to speed. Safe to say he's definitely getting there, with some pinned riding on fine Tweed Valley dirt. The race is part of TweedLove's Triple Crown enduro series.
