U23 Results from the Nove Mesto XC World Cup 2022

Hattie Harnden laid down the most power to take the hole shot.

The results are in from the third round of the U23 XC World Cup of 2022. Martin Vidaurre Kossmann took his third win this year with over a minute back to Simone Avondetto. Dario Lillo crossed the line in third in a sprint finish with Gustavo Xavier De Oliveira Pereira.

Line Burquier also secures another U23 win in 2022 as she dominates the Women's field with a win of 45 seconds on Puck Pieterse. Giada Specia completes the top three, over two minutes back from the leader.

 I hope Discovery/GCN will cover these races when their deal starts.

 Not sure how it works it works, I assume Red Bull do not film it themselves. Certainly in road and cross coverage GCN just pay for the feed from the host broadcasters. If that's the case if it's available they will show it.

 That would be nice. I hope the DH coverage gets better too. It would be nice to see more of everyone's DH run as well as some of the lesser known riders.

 @Wyndbrook: Going by what I saw on Twitter, Czech TV did cover it, as they have before. What usually happens is that all the equipment is there for coverage - it's paying the people to put it on.

When Discovery get the rights, it will be them doing the lot; so you'd hope U23 races are covered, as well as the Downhill qualifying.....
