 This shows how 29 rear wheels are just back there flopping all over the place and coming way too close for comfort! Mullet those rear ends please bike companies or add adjustments and links to run whichever wheel size suits you!

 Probably either a gps tracker or the electronics compartment of live valve. Pivot offers some bikes with live valve I think.

 @zabala: Ho yeah, really? It seems that all the riders don't wear it at the same location, no? On the wrist I would be afraid that stuff should be a bad lever in case of crash, "crac" sounds the wrist...
