9-year-old Harry Schofield backflips his custom 24-inch YT full suspension mountain bike at PORC dirt jumps in Penshurst Kent. This was the last day before the land was sold and the jumps and trails will be shut forever.

 There is the little 6yro from Washington doing Whistler road gaps now. I have mixed feelings about it, but yeah that's about as big as I've seen a super young kid go. We raced with him a year or two ago, nice little guy.

 Some companies don't sponsor kids under a certain age out of fear that it puts too much pressure on a kid to do things the might not want to do, pressure the parents could put on them, etc. No idea if YT has that or not but IMO its something all companies should consider.
