 Basically like vicks vapo rub, eucalyptus smelling stuff that opens up your airways. They take them out before the race, used just for warm up

 peaty is a legend but it's cool to see josh growing up. he looks like a young man now instead of a kid. he has so much potential i wonder though if being on a team with peaty and minaar if it's tough for him to realize he is as good as he is. he may need a scenery change just to become number one on a team where everything is geared towards him realizing his full potential. his skillset is off the charts

 Having ridden a DH he was entered in I can tell you he is incredible on a bike, never seen anything like it in my life, just amazing. I'm sure he'll have his day.

 I think it is Cotton wool covered in Olbas, so opens up the airways and helps them breath better.
