Video : A Winning Weekend in Leogang with DorvalAm/Commencal

After a good winter preparation season, we were confident about the preparation of the bikes, the shape of the drivers and their motivations. After this short and special 2020 season, which still smiled at us, we all wanted to know if we could confirm our progress. We can say these things done!



Our new little nugget Alix Francoz started the day with a 12th place in the Junior category for his first World Cup despite a crash. Learning continues, but talent and speed are already present.

The women’s elite race was as if in a dream, our two women made a solid, clean, flawless run from start to finish.




"I was pretty confident coming into Leogang, I guess the muddy conditions helped to remind me of what I’m capable of. That confidence grew over the weekend during practice, it was amazing to be able to execute the run exactly how I imagined it!" - Camille Balanche.

We knew pretty quickly that we were going to see DorvalAm/Commencal jerseys on the podium, but in passing the last competitor is the explosion, a remake of the World Championship. Camille won the Leogang World Cup and Monika finished 3rd. What a race !



Baptiste Pierron finished in 17th place because of a few mistakes in the lower part of the track which will not allow him to enjoy his impressive start .


Benoit Coulanges takes a crazy start, sporting his tricolor sleeve, he does not lose a second in the technical parts and shows a lot of speed on the mortor way. We already know that a big hit can be played at the entrance of the wood, or no mistake is allowed.Everything goes well in this part, the finish time is very good but there are still 13 riders left at the start. It will be necessary to wait until the passage of Danny Hart to be sure that the podium is reached.

It is the relief, the joy invades us once again on this final day. Congratulations Benoit, first podium for him and the DorvalAm/Commencal team in the men’s elite.
