That was the last 4X race in Winterberg tho. They started to build a Jumpline at the course. Sad times for 4X...

Actually, this is the sport that bridges the gap for the greats from BMX to get into this MTB thing. And obviously this is also where the fun bikes come from (like the Specialized Enduro SX that eventually started a whole new branch). We need this sport to keep things exciting. From the video, racing looks tight and fun. We need more of this. I wonder how the "old guard" would do here. Obviously Jared Graves is out of the running, sadly. But it would be cool to see the likes of Rinderknecht, Wichman, Slavik, Prokop, Marosi etc show up there. My guess is that they'd still do great.
