 At least Nina is the first DH athlete who gets featured on german television AFAIK. MTB and DH sport in Germany is usually worth a 1 minute report from Olympics and Worlds if any, no EWS or IXS.

 Maybe Sessler never heard about Rachel Atherton....must be bevor the 90's when she had a perfect season...

 Peat, Minnaar, Bryceland, Vergier. Sessler clearly knows nothing about talent.

 @powturn: What do Peat, Minnaar, Bryceland, Vergier have to do with that ? Nina is a talented rider, no question. I like watching her ride, her win in Maribor was amazing. But when it comes to "biggest stand out female in downhill since the 90's", you can't forget Anne Caroline Chausson, Rachel Atherton, Myriam Nicole or Vali Hoel, just to name a few.

 Sounds very over hyped taking into account that Nina has won a WC race only once in her career. And like @Ricolaburle said it is not hard to name few other riders who have won much more since 90's.
