 Thoughts while watching this edit.

1) however much GT is paying brage, it’s not nearly enough.
2) i would love to see his collection of broken parts. It’s has to be massive.
3) racers turned freeriders/freestyle guys always make the best freeride/freestyle guys. Goes for bmx and MTB. Everything looks cooler at Mach speeds.
  • 12 0
 2) It's surprisingly small.
  • 7 2
I doubt Brage has ‘Small Parts’

Feels like GT is kinda having a moment rn
  • 15 0
Definitely. They've built up a pretty sick stable of awesome personalities and unique riders.

Brage is a super talented rider obviously, but that's only half of what you need for an absolute banger of an edit. Huge shout out to Blur Media! Those guys know how to handle a camera just as well as Brage handles a bike.

That was some visceral shit right there. Standout vid of recent times.
  • 1 0
For some reason i'm still talking about the xgames vid. I should probably watch this one too.

Brage and GT have set a new standard for MTB edits- only cool if they include a water bottle

GT better hang on to brage, this guy can sell a bike. good enough for brage? good enough for anyone.
  • 5 0
Right? These edits do a good job of presenting him in a way that comes off as relatable and inspiring. Watching how he threw that bike around I just couldn't help but to wonder if I should consider a GT Force for my next bike.
  • 2 0
@Avanwin: Something tells me Brage can make any bike look nimble. It looked like he was riding a kids bike at hardline.
  • 3 0
I kind of have the opposite thought. If it's tough enough for him then I can clearly take a lighter carbon layup. Maybe sell a normal layup and a Barge layup?

 Tokens: all of them....lmao

This edit was metal as hell.....Brage videos are always wet, muddy and foggy, i love it

This is the guy you want testing your stuff.
Also, how the hell does a guy that big hop that high?
  • 4 0
Strength. Lots of it. I watched that bike rack 180 to half cab like 10 times. HOW?!
  • 2 0

 Brage at Rampage!
  • 22 0
 You misspelled "Rambrage" Wink
  • 9 0
Don’t buy a used bike from that guy!
  • 2 1
no worries, since there are never any after he is finished grinding them into a fine powder of the course of a few weekends!

I heard Brage on the HKT podcast and he seems such a down to earth, humble person. I love his edits, they are everything that MTB is to me. Since no-one asked, I made a list:

- Metal in the car on the way there, and in my head when I'm riding
- Carnage
- Raw trails not smooth lines
- Anodising
- Sometimes riding in jeans
- No bro culture
- That guy who looks like a normal human being at first glance and then throws down like an alien
- Love of your bike, it's not just a tool
- Pure love of riding
- Sessioning until something breaks; bike, person or berm

Thanks for bringing that vibe back into the edits Brage/GT/Blur, it's been missed!

I always think I'm hard on bikes... Brage takes it to a whole other level. Don't think I'd buy this force in the buy/sell after Brage spent a few days on it
  • 7 0
Shout out to Brage's dad. Also, shout out to Vikings.
  • 6 0
Bradge is a sponsors wet dream. Well done.... keep it going!
  • 4 0
I legitimately want to demo a Carbon Force after watching this. GT, give this man a raise.
  • 5 0
If I saw this guy out there - never would I imagine him to be so damn light on a bike. Just brute strength!
  • 5 0
Hes not light on the bike, hes heavy on the Earth!
  • 5 0
I enjoyed that. Good edit and nicely manicured jumps at the end there. GT using the force.
  • 5 0
OR/WA PNW guys after watching that rainy muddy section: Maybe we can ride all winter long and embrace the soup fest?
  • 2 0
Yep, Brage knows what’s up.. avoid the wet wood.. Winter riding in BC is awesome.
  • 2 0
That dude rides the trail and bike into submission. If a bike can hold up to being ridden like that by him it should hold up for anyone. He's amazing to watch ride. I'm curious (not that I really want to watch it) of what crashes look like...they must be spectacular. Or maybe the trail just conforms to him and parts way...
  • 3 0
Tour de force. But damn man the slow motion shows how ahead of the trail he is, the slow-motion two wheel drift in to the berm, the real wheel locks mid air, he is just waiting for the bike to catch up.

Who was the person saying Brage needs to go somewhere else that will invest in big edits for him? Is this one big enough for you?

 Best soundtrack in ages
  • 1 0
Loves me some rolling stoner rock
  • 1 1
Lets hope we come towards the end of shit music in edits, so sick of it. Some good rock/metal/hardcore would be nice for a change ! And added bonus for pro riders, you can sing along and not fear to loose your sponsors ...
  • 4 0
Well bend me over and butter my ass. That video was like a suckerpunch to the gut. made me want to buy a fucking GT!
  • 3 0
Sååååå Fett, Brage! Sick shredding as always, on my home trails! Trysil is a sweet place to call Home!
  • 2 0
I’d be curious to know what kind of attention Brage pays to his suspension setup because it looks incredibly dialed for his style of riding, speed and size.
  • 4 0
I’m gunna buy a Dacia and some grey casual slacks
  • 1 0
 :0 eeee
got em
  • 1 0
Yeah Brage! So rad! Watching him ride reminds me of a young Nathan Rennie. Big boy with all the strength in the world, but also amazing skill and precision. Can't wait to see what he does at rampage.
  • 3 0
His riding style is hilariously light... Great style and video!
  • 3 0
Love the vibe from this edit. The people’s champ!
  • 4 0
 Those poor wheels.
  • 3 0
FR1950 + DH34 = 11.5 lbs. Doesn't appear to be a problem, tho it would put me in traction
  • 4 0
 Brage is a beast
  • 3 0
F ya! Love watching this guy ride Horns up!
  • 2 0
that tiny little 3 he tossed at the beginning was absolutely fire. It was so unexpected and fast
  • 3 0
When do these new bikes become available?
  • 2 0
Brage has serious POP! Man, I got Metallica Ride The Lightning vibes from that. So good!
  • 3 0
Killer riding... And now I have a new band to listen to...
  • 2 0
Our favourite Viking sure knows how to chuck a bike around and always to killer tunes.
  • 2 0
love to see a guy who's so burly float on a bike like he's weightless. The skill is undeniable.
  • 2 0
still dont understand how this viking can spins and jump around like a ferret
  • 1 0
When Brage starts tailing-off in the Freeride world, someone needs to employ him as a bike tester under the 'durability tester' banner...
  • 3 0
 So so good.
  • 1 0
120 PSI in his 38 with all the spacers, wow.. I'm at 92 PSI with one spacer... haha.
  • 2 0
Hope GT can hold onto him. He's a huge talent!
  • 2 0
I don't mean to brage, but I can bunny hop about half that height.
  • 1 0
Awesome edit! And cool to see trails i started building way back being used Smile
  • 2 0
 More eating footy please!
  • 2 0
One of the best edits I have seen in awhile!! Banger for sure.
  • 7 6
 Looked a bit.......FORCED.
  • 2 0
 Sick edit!
  • 2 1
Amazing edit. Music not my cup of tea but it does suit the rider.
  • 4 0
I was going to say the opposite because I find the usual YouTube fake music so annoying that any actual real music is good. And I do prefer the heavier stuff. To each their own though.
  • 2 1
do these high pivot bikes fit a normal chain?
  • 3 0
Yeah, the Force uses a stock length chain.
  • 1 0
That edit deserved a bike with a black fork.
  • 1 0
Do all GTs require that much shifter cable?
  • 1 0
Not unless you are doing barspins or tailwhips like ole boy.
  • 1 0
Who knew big foot is out here shredding like this
  • 1 0
I wouldn't want to be his bike...
  • 1 0
"HSC, LSC My dad sets it and I ride it"
Gotta love that
  • 1 0
Insert gif of Grizzly Man nodding slowly from one Dad to another. It cant be easy raising a Brage and living to tell the tale.
  • 1 0
 basically makes me feel inadequate.
  • 1 0
Geez this guy. Its awesome. Anyone know how tall he is?
  • 1 0
 *James May voice*
GOOD NEEWS... the Dacia Duster is in this video.
