Video: City Sends with Wyn Masters in 'Munich Gaps Volume Two'

Jul 17, 2020
by Wyn Masters

This is Volume 2 of my search for Gaps around Munich, my foldable MTBHopper ramp opens up plenty of opportunities to send it around the city, and its been refreshing to make the most of some different riding to the usual with no race's currently happening.

Fair play to mtb-hopper's marketing team. I remember thinking "that's way too much money for me to spend on a ramp" when I read the original review on PB (the one with Levy and crew jumping a car).

Roll forward a few years of watching Sam Pilgrim and other YouTube riders sending with one and I'm really seeing the value of a properly portable ramp. Plus they're the only one of the ramp companies that seem to have hit the sweet spot of a good ramp shape, lightweight and most importantly adjustable legs.

My finger's hovered over the buy button many times, if they were about a third cheaper I'd definitely have long since bought one! Not saying they're not worth the money, that grade of wood is pretty expensive. Maybe next Black Friday...!

Wow times changed!!! I use to make my jumps out of wood and cinder blocks. Now we have little plastic kickers that will fold up and fit in your pocket.

Why is this downvoted at all... That's all we had as kids. Some of these gapers haven't a clue.

I love how smooth his transition into a manual is. It looks like it's happening too slowly to be real and with no effort at all.

I was hoping for a mow-down of that line of scooters. I don't hate scooters: I just feel better when they're not around.
