super inspirational. She was also in a bad motorcycle accident years ago, no doubt questioning if she'll ever ride, compete or win again. She is showing her colors as a true veteran. Hearing her deal with her doubts, facing her past failures, and triumphing over it all. Very cool video indeed.

@McArdle: Most definitely and underrated figure in '99-'04'. Bootsie was a dominant force and exciting racer in those formative years of mtb.
When I saw him coaching Caroline, I just thought "It's no wonder she is the best in her class"
