A backpack, a case of Red Bull, and a whole lot of tires add difficulty to these squats, presses, and push-ups. Remember that this is the athlete that finished second in Manizales at round 2 of the Enduro World Series in 2018.

 The different types of squats and lunges are great! Definitely don't need any weights to really burn those leg muscles. It's funny with those tires. I guess if you put like 10 Maxxis DHR/DHFtires on each side of a rod you'd have nearly the same weight as an Olympic barbell. With that amount of tires, you might as well by an actual Olympic 5' barbell with a few pairs of 5, 10, and 25lb plates. Much cheaper and won't smell like tires in your living room.
