0:33 the guy shouldn't have been standing in the landing but it wasn't his fault. You cased the landing, you f*cked up, you're just too much of a bitch to admit it
  • 14 2
Init, guy sounds like a helmoot

I was actually going for a nose bonk but he was the ONLY reason I crashed. I am actually a REALLY good rider and this line is usually soooo easy so had to spice it up a bit. #giveyourmeatagoodolerub

He probably cased because he saw the guy standing there and instinctively slowed down before hitting the lip
  • 11 4
@rodeoknight: doesn't look like he pulled either brake lever even slightly. He just took a bad line. I also saw a Matt Jones video not long ago who said the vision line was running real slow in the wet and covered in leaves...

@JamesGTi: I agree, but I'd also quite like to punch you in the face
  • 13 3
 @freeridecal10: lmao bit harsh
  • 29 0
You should always crash full speed into people standing on landings. It might knock some sense into them and it feels good too.
  • 32 0
@gjmurdoch: Don't worry man, I'm a REALLY good rider too. I feel your frustration.
  • 15 0
@gjmurdoch: It's the camera angle you should be worried about! It was so painful to watch, point your GoPro up for god's sake!
  • 23 0
@gjmurdoch: i'm just going to assume you're messing around. because only a total b*ll*nd would exclaim how wonderful they are in capital letters.
  • 17 0
 @masonstevens: I'm kind of a big deal...
  • 5 0
@plyawn: I actually a REALLY cool guy, just ask my friends

 @tobiusmaximum:
53 people need a sense of humour update

starts in the middle of the landing proceeds to crash into a guy in the middle of the landing and tells him not to stand in the middle of the landing
  • 1 1
@lochsweed: seriously that camera angle was bloody atrocious.
  • 3 1
I was also on my way to kill Euronymous.
  • 79 1
 "Droppin' in like a BOSS!"
I might have to say that before every time I crash from now on.

Followed by:"Oh shit! Oh, Uh, Oh!" And your friend asking you: "Are you ok?"
If you need to explain to someone what Instant Karma is, show him this video.

 That first one... BAHAHAHAHA
  • 11 0
That feature is way sketchier in person. Awesome bail though!
  • 6 0
@whitebirdfeathers: Agreed... I was impressed he managed to stay on the wood all the way down. About as good of an outcome as could be asked for.
  • 7 0
@whitebirdfeathers: Isn't that the Gangler on 7th? So many scars on the top of that rock roll.
  • 1 0
@Bikesnale: I didn't know it was called the Gangler. That's rad. That rock is so marked up. Gives it an extra intimidation factor.
  • 8 9
I loved the fact that everyone laughed. Nothing worse than a group of people who take themselves seriously and all they can do is ask “are you ok?” and say “it was a huge crash” while it wasn’t. Laugh out loud. Laugh the devil away.
  • 2 0
 @Bikesnale:
Sure is. Didn't want to ride it before. Don't want to ride it now. hahaha
  • 1 0
Technically, he rode the infamous gangler ! Cheers !
  • 3 0
 Nutty descend...
  • 3 0
the guy obviously has some unicycle experience.
  • 1 0
The trunk stopped him but he may also have impaled himself on it.

 A. I’m glad 2:16 wasn’t White Line.
B. I kept thinking...”Airbags don’t count as... oh wait, yeah that counts.”
C. This episode of Fail Fridays was particularly gratifying. Thanks Pinkbike Community!

Don't f**cking stand in the landing!!!
  • 29 0
It was a valid complaint. If he'd made the landing...
  • 1 0
 @Buter: true
  • 15 0
That first guy should take up bull riding, he definitely rode that for a good few seconds
  • 3 0
 Pure survival instinct there.
  • 14 0
The first clip is pure gold. How that guy stayed (kind of) on the bike for so long, I don't even...
  • 8 0
0:43 again someone enjoying a cup of tea on the landing of a jump that is just after a turn.
  • 8 0
Gotta love follow cams.. you never know who is going down.
  • 7 0
I like to think the 3:30 just pinballed his way down the whole track
  • 8 1
 BTwin for the win !

When you see a Btwin, y'a know it's gonna be good.

Droppin in like a boss....oh shit!
  • 3 0
3:15 likely trying to keep from getting hit by his own bike but I’d like to think he’s protecting his beloved steed from damage while going otb.
  • 1 0
Good 'ol Ogden Bike Park black line. Currently under 5 feet of snow.
  • 3 0
2:32 can't quite figure out why they took so many pedals after clearing the first jump fine. That looked like a gnarly crash.
  • 2 0
Dropping in like a boss kid encompasses everything I love about MTB! I think with all the fancy kit now we forget MTB is all about being in the woods with your mates and the occasional OTB.
  • 4 0
If you shut your eyes 1:20 is just like a Semenuk Raw100
  • 2 0
I’ve now started to listen to all the clips with my eyes closed !!
  • 1 0
0:57- That was a hard looking smash into the rocks. Sounds like the boys skipped the obligatory awkward "are you ok?" moment and started laughing right away. Looked like it hurt.
  • 2 0
"That was a great fall" Hardy-har-har! This segment started off with the best one - that was one gnarly drop onto a wooden feature and what's the effin log doing at the end!
  • 3 0
 MTB`s worst enemies:
1- lack of confidence - often
2- lack of speed - often
3- lack of control - always
4- ....
  • 1 0
 Don’t forget brakes.
  • 1 0
Who was that self film killing themself with the premature eject at 1:36 at Bailey Mountain Bike Park?
I aged out of that jump. It looks flat on his camera but is huge and the run in is so fast.

Black Friday Fails have left me feeling satisfied. Bravo.
  • 2 0
That first clip is a painful reminder of me breaking my wrist on the same feature a year ago.
  • 3 0
 Particularly good this week
  • 3 0
1:32 is me !!!!! Hell yeah

Three crashes in Tasmania in one video, what a lovely summer of riding it is!

1:05 - nothing says "watch this" quite like a roadie helmet on a 90 degree head angle and 120mm wide bars. Thank you for that!
  • 2 0
The most pity full award goes to 1:05.

hardcore fail FTS (for the schwinn)

Multiple cameras. Multiple angles of your fail. Thanks
  • 2 0
very often the GoPro has the good sense to eject.

3:29 - crowd: "ooooooooh" ... "you can do it!!!" ... "ooooooooh"

 2:00 - Love the confidence.

That intro should be called Friday FLAILS... Smile
  • 1 0
My only wish at 2:46 was I hoped the rider got the crash on his helmet cam. Two seconds later: rider came throughSmile
  • 1 0
cheers, that's me. there was a third angle of the crash as well, but figured that would be too much already
  • 1 0
The totally avoidable endos never fail to make me laugh. I’ve been there. Just not in a long time.
  • 2 0
 knock on wood
  • 1 0
You guys should do Saturday Sends where you compile a bunch of really impressive clips from user videos like this.
  • 1 0
Was that a show reel of the most frustratingly wrong GoPro camera angles? f*cking hell people, sort it out!
  • 1 0
