Every November I grow a greasy little duster to promote awareness for mens health, specifically prostate and testicular cancer and mental health/suicide prevention. The longer I work in emergency services the more important this has become to me. This year I took the moustache for a frosty lap down one of the sea to sky's spookiest lines. Thanks to my fiancé Kelsey Toevs for her skill behind the lens and putting up with a big hike and freezing conditions. And Max Spencer for being a beast of a sherpa with all the equipment. Hope you enjoy!

Tangled mess
A tangled mess. B line entrance?

One of the coolest features Iv hit
Get the heart pumping on the A line entrance.

Mullet and Mo
Mullet and Moustache, most magical time of the year.

Finishing move
Icicles hanging in the background on the final move.

Caffeinate the Mo
Keep your moustache caffeinated.

A great day riding and filming just before the snow starts to fly.

Didn't even realize how close I was to that tree till reviewing footage !

That was impressive & insanely close !!
Some times those features are the most regarding when you make it safely because there is very little room for error; Nice riding and great video!!

@fedfox: It felt really close. Agreed though... makes you ride at another level when you need to focus that much

This is awesome because its relatable, you actually look like you are trying as opposed to the usual videos of dudes just crushing impossible stuff like its a gravel path. Sweet trails and features too!

Loam-tastic! Real rider rides real BC trail, while keeping it insanely real with near miss footage and the music of tires on ground. As good as it gets, more please!

When its cold outside its normally soaking wet here, we certainly dont have anything close to Trespasser to ride, great riding and a great video, I am guessing you pedalled up too, so earned that ride.

Had to earn this one yup! Wasn’t complaining tho cause it was chilly... kept me warm and happy ????
  • 3 0
that could have been pretty nasty
  • 2 0
happy it wasn't...just got off a collar bone break

@stevev88: Savage riding, love that trail. Did you just get off line on that entrance slab and have to eject? Or was it a hard hit?
  • 2 0
@partswhore: just didn’t get traction I thought I would have at top. Ended up slightly to fast I think and just went kinda deep on landing and off line. Happened quick but compression just had my number on that one

I appreciate this video in so many ways- mostly about understanding the passion for steep slabs @akamera
  • 1 0
Appreciate the appreciation haha. Its what i love the most and have the most fun on. The conditions and this trail just made me so much happier than i can describe after 4 months off with a collar bone break! Please feel free to hit me up anytime you are in the area

I know the trail. Nasty AF. Killed it dude! Nice riding. Deadly edit!

Thanks brotha! Stoked you like it

Big respect for riding that first rock roll so cleanly. Not easy to hold on to that line on exit
  • 1 0
So much respect for those trails. Different from the shore and even Squamish. As you can tell from the last clip of video after credits I had my issues hanging on haha. Thanks for watching dude !
  • 1 0
@stevev88: didn’t catch that clip! Holy shit! Glad you’re all good. The runout pulled me to the right as well, ended up far too close to the logs at the end for comfort. One of those lines you only ride once
  • 1 0
@StefanProductions: Thanks man, super unique line and i enjoyed dissecting it. Crashing and having to sort out what i did wrong was all apart of the experience. If you are ever on the north shore please hit me up! Iv built quite a few lines around here I would love to share !
  • 1 0
@stevev88: It’s such a cool line. I’ll take you up on that next time I’m in the area!
  • 1 0
Great riding Steve. Glad to see you back up to speed after your collarbone break!

Awesome Vid. Good thing you were able to ride after the tree!
  • 1 0
Thanks.. happy it wasn't to bad. would have been a long walk out
  • 1 0
other than the truck window it doesn't look that frosty.
  • 1 0
second to last pic on the root chute you can see icicles hanging in background. But ya other than being really cold the conditions were pretty nice
  • 2 0
@stevev88: oh I missed that. In my area we get freezing fog and inversion a lot. It frosts down in the valley but the hills are sunny and nice. Video looks like a lot of great riding. Didn't mean to be a totally negative Nancy... lol.
  • 1 0
@iantmcg: haha no worries.. i agree it doesn't look that frosty! Would have to get super macro with the shots to show the ground frost. And that's not even remotely negative to how pinkbike can get lol
  • 1 0
Savage! Seriously made that look much easier than it is!
  • 1 0
Thanks dude..dont worry I had my struggles haha
  • 1 0
