Oh man. That last rock roll. f*ck that. What is that like a 5.9 slab on the up?! Talk about exposure out the exit too. Wow.

First time dropping in was a little scary, but confidence is key, plenty of stopping room.

Oh man. Curious what is after the run out if you come in too hot on that last slab.... Not sure if a different camera or setup but this video really captures the gnarness factor maxiums when compared to other vids. Great riding.

@PocoBoho: below that is a 2 pitch rock climb to railroad tracks. Bring a parachute incase of brake failure.

 @bakker12: What grade?

Love that Jesse made a video with some good old fashioned banter towards Remy, then in this video gave him the props for his line. Would love to see Remy, Wade, Jesse hit that line together. Shows what kind of a level Remy is on for the steeps, gaps, rocks.

It's such a cool feature. The runout/transition was just looking a little too damaged there for me. A bit of work and I'd be into it.

Kurt Voreis. Wade Simmons. Chris Akrigg. Jesse Melamed. Connor Fearon.

These are my 5 "will watch any video they produce" riders.
This has 40% of them in it, win win!!

Stoked to make a list with those legends!

You don’t see some spill and run down a slab everyday. Great save.

 That was impressive to watch!

Man the depth perception from his camera, of those slabs, is unlike any other vids out there it seems.
  • 1 0
 Is that good?

 @JesseMelamed:

lol It's Outstanding! felt like actually being there in person; never can really get a sense of how big those lines are or gnarly sections are in others vids.

Nice Work!!!!

I noticed that too... Actually felt steep. Somehow avoided the normal GoPro effect of flattening it out. Is it just coincidence or is the setup special somehow Jesse?

@likeittacky: haha good! I'm not sure what it is, I think my settings are pretty standard, just make sure they are dialled and the angle looks good.

 Terrance and Phillip totally shred.

@JesseMelamed: And Wade, I think that dude might stay The Godfather lever riding forever. Just charges.

Please, both on Slayers Jesse VS Wade Pinkbike impossible climbs. It would just be pure magic. Show what that big kid bike can do downhill AND uphill!
  • 4 0
I'll talk to him about that. We'd have a laugh for sure.

Connnor Mac! Legends behind the lens even.

What was that line 23 seconds ! Isn't that the rock in front of the chief on the ocean ? Haha .
  • 1 0
 It's somewhere around there.
  • 2 0
 Is Wade secretly Jesses dad?
  • 4 0
Funny thing is Jesse's dad is locally just about as famous, maybe even more so
  • 6 0
Wade is a dad. And my dad is rad. But Wade is not my dad.

Great video, but a little dark?
  • 1 0
Might have had the ISO a little too dark. Sorry.

@JesseMelamed do you even touch your brakes riding that last slab?
  • 2 0
As much as possible until you start skidding, and then again at the bottom.

@JesseMelemad: Great to see no switchbacks or trials riding, and actual gnarly riding in this one.

✔Also looks like some riders have made some shortcuts with multiple lines.
  • 1 0
