@enduroNZ: makes me wonder how many takes they had to do in the Mt Vic tunnel to get one without someone tooting.

Such an honest video, this is exactly how I remember riding the streets growing up, nothing too crazy, just making the most of every feature, messing arround and being happy about it. We dont always need overproduced videos with crazy stunts, this one perfectly renders the spirit of street riding. Good job!

Can't agree more. This video just was fun. I'm the process of building up a new DJ bike... this just turned the stoke up to 10!!!

What is Kona's marketing budget, and is it spent entirely on song rights? I'm not hating, I own a Honzo ST, just...seems like a lot of money to spend (Lust for Life here, Magic Carpet Ride for the Process video)for the amount of views these marketing videos get. I guess I might be presumptuous in assuming they're actually getting the rights to the songs, but they seem like a big enough company that they would do it right.

Kona has been relegated to promoting hard tails!

I wonder if it being a trainspotting parody (and this song being from that movie) makes a difference? Like laws for parody are different in the US... but I’m really not sure

Trainspotting advertising reference wow that’s original. Come on Kona you can do better.

@McArdle Still my fave mtb movie Smile
I still have Rob Warner in baggy jeans on a yellow Giant with Stylus of my Mind, playing in my head every time I hit the woods!!

???? best edit Warner has ever made!!
Always was my favourite DHer anyway but he was super cool in that video, especially when he was ripping that yellow Giant!

I remember being woken up around 3am at a race weekend back in the day by Warner blasting round the field on a moto pissed with no shirt on! ???? ah the good old days!

Suddenly my Paradox V2 seems relevant. It fits 142, threaded BB, not too slack, short reach, and pops off anything. I just need 26” wheels...

Three things I am very fond of feature prominently in this video. Dirtjumpers - check, Wellington - check, Kona - check! Smile Happy Father's Day.

Nice video, tan wall tyres... just look so much better in the sun on a little street hard tail!

Choose cheater pedals on short manual lines?
It's obvious from the rest of the video you can do better than that.
  • 1 0
 What are cheater pedals?
  • 1 0
Yeah i want to know the lingo too

@swenzowski: when you pedal during a manual

@og03: ah k lol, yeah that's lame. Unless you're sitting down on the seat of a MTB and doing a coaster wheelie

Hey PB heroes, the local skateshop called. They said they're going to need their 'everyone one else is a poser' attitude back. Apparently some kids weren't waxing a curb correctly and they need to be put in their place.

Choose a company that will warranty their broken aluminum frames.
