Kade Edwards is a beast on any bike. He is a pro downhill racer by trade but his talent goes far beyond the racetrack. Kade pushed the limits for his Tea & Biscuits section, tricking his way through Revolution Bike Park in Wales and blowing everyone's minds.— Misspent Summers
I was there the day this was filmed, in fact if you look closely you can spy me in the background of a couple of shots.
In person this was even more impressive riding. Kade's riding is mind blowing in how smooth, dynamic and powerful it is. Genuinly one of the best in the world right now, at any wheel size.
I've also had the pleasure of meeting Kade a few times, and he's a lovely guy. Very polite, humble and down to earth.
Not the raging ego-monster I'd be if I had skills like him.
I will confidently say this is one of the best segments released in recent years. So much flow, raw skill and creativity while still remaining somewhat down to earth and approachable. Like, Semenuk's segments were cool and absolutely mind blowing, but they were also over produced and out of grasp of the ordinary rider. This is something I feel like i could actually go and do myself and have fun doing it, but then again, I absolutely can not. This just makes me wanna go ride my bike and improve my riding.
Just wow! Every time I see those jumps on a video I'm convinced I could hit most of them. When I saw the in reals I almost shat my pants... And that was just from looking at them.
Perfect demonstration of just how fast the top WC riders really are. Loic to Kade is almost the equivalent of Kade to a mere mortal rider such as myself. I'm sure if Kade has devoted his life to racing rather than freeride too, he'd be up there with the best though. #kadeforrampage
He's his own Jive. Rat is the only Rat. I don't think there will ever be another WC champion who ups and walks away to live in a barge and make jib videos with his friends.
Kade is making his own way by bringing style into all sorts of competitions. Both are awesome.
