It would be pretty rad to see a Colombian win the TDF and DH world champs in the same year. Go Marcelo!

Finally a proper gnarly track! If it rains there's going to be some serious carnage

the fitness and skill of this geezer to talk down a track and discuss line options at this pace!!!

... and all the while channeling Claudio - good stuff!

Love the way the track has been taped this year. It's going to produce some great racing. tup

Its incredible. I cannot wait for the inside lines on the final turn.

Looks steep. Glad to have Marcelo run the course preview. Amazing rider. Awesome pov's

His voice sounds like something from a Grunge Rock album from the late 90s, I love it.

Marcelo is a good dude - good job!

Think that would be great if every track a different rider did the POV and analysis. Good job Marcelo, that track is bonkers.

Amazing how had the presence of mind for the shout-outs to Eliot, Claudio, and Sam Hill! Great preview.

Obviously he’s a great rider (as they all are) but I’m missing Gee’s commentary on these. Seems like he has more incite into the tracks and line choices than ‘you can go this way, or that way’.

agreed - pretty much said the same thing above. Gee makes it look & sound easy but it's obviosuly anything but

I'm a fan of Marcelo, but I'd like to see Gee back on these personally

Stoked on both. Room for two on PB

Marcelo is great but Gee's commentary is a little more insightful because he talks about the sections of the track as he's coming up to them, as well as lines and specific features. Shows how combining the riding and commentary is a practiced skill that only appears easy when done by a real pro.

Great preview! And kudos to GoPro. The new image stabilization made this track look waayyy smoother than it is. That's some burly stuff!

Fairly new to following WC races so forgive my ignorance. Do they do any track maintenance during the week? He mentioned how blown out the berms get by the end of the week so I assume not?

That shit looks rougher than a Shazza from the wrong side of the tracks.

Just a tad more technical than the US Nationals track ????
