After parking the epic MTB tree gap due to some knocks to the head, I've been searching for more creative lines to make use of trees in the woods and build some new features to do tricks on. For this build and ride myself and my friend Dan found a perfect tree with a decent curve and hill to try a barrel roll / corked backflip off of the trunk of an oak tree into a dirt jump landing. Enjoy some build lapses, riding and tricks.— Matt Jones
Well this remind me some times in Woburn back in 2005 with some crazy twins 10 years old who kept asking why we built this and that . I am so glad these 2 are still the same having fun in the wood.
That tree gap was never going to work, the tree was leaning in a way that was only going to result in a free-fall, he seemed to know this yet still kept trying, nutter!
All the local trails have been shut down in my neck of the woods. I'm 75 and have been shredding these woods since I was a nipper. You young bucks need to put your spades away and ride what nature put there, you ain't the first to ride up a tree and back flip off it!
I am so glad these 2 are still the same having fun in the wood.
Great Job Matt
