Kicking things off with a quick pre-season brainstorm at Cannondale HQ, Mitch travels over to Anaheim for the opening Supercross round and meets Justin Barcia to give him some helmet-style pointers.  Be cool to see a couple of the SX guys get more into MTB maybe when they retire see how quick they pick it up, they simply just don't have time to do more than XC and road training during their careers. Most people into cycling probably arent aware how much of a machine these guys are on road bikes, usually 3-4 big rides a week depending on if in season or off season.
