 Absolutely agree on the U21. Developing the "youngster" storyline is important for the sport. It also allows fans to follow along with athlete storylines over time as they develop and come into their prime. I think you have a good example of that with Jordan and Jackson. People are extremely excited to see what they can do this year as they age up because people got a healthy dose of them last year (mainly because Jackson is a huge "star" and Jordan was playing the part of his foil as they battled it out, not because Red Bull really did any kind of great job of highlighting the youngsters).
