Video: Peaty, Minnaar and Beaumont Shred Sunny Staffordshire Trails

Nov 11, 2019
by Burgtec Limited

The Syndicate descend on a secret location just inside Staffordshire to flirt some perfect, autumn, hero dirt. Burgtec favourite, Marc Beaumont, stands in for the injured Loris Vergier and leaves everybody wondering why he doesn’t race World Cups anymore.

Was it me, or did that edit really hurt your eyes. I couldn't even get to the end. Shame as it was a bunch of all time legends!

I read this comment and was like it can't be that bad. Then....up,down,up,down,up,down.

I agree. Was stoked to watch it
A year post-concussion, and my symptoms flared up a minute in!????

Yeah, its pretty bad. This zoom and pan style is going too far. Its like the camera person was drunk and trying to get close up shots of the bottom brackets while stumbling down the hill.

completely agree. I wondered if it was filmed on a cell phone it was so shaky.

@Sycip69er: The ultimate test to show how smooth Minnaar's riding really is.

@slayerdegnar: Ironically the lyrics of the song start of with "I have no control".

No doubt these are some of the fastest guys alive but the film looks sped up for dramatic effect. Look how fast the photographer checks his image 1:02.
  • 3 3
Who doesn't speed up there clips to at least 106% ????

Great riding, editing a little too faux-raw - made my eyea hurt!

The 29ers just don’t look as fun / nimble in this video. 27.5 aint dead.
  • 3 2
That's just because Beaumont is tiny and makes a 29er look awkward

3 Santa Cruz legends ! Will never forget that MBUK/Santa Cruz team !

Gotta love how Minnaar somehow never seems to feature in a slick (over-) produced edit. Authentic.

SLUGGER! My God... haven't seen him ride in some time - so good to see him out there and gettin' at it with the boys!

@tobiusmaximum: yeah but i am still on 27,5 wheels and prefer the 5010
  • 1 0
@funkzander: I would love one. But I’m the same height as Steve and Greg! Quite fancy a 5010 for playing around on though.
