What is that chain stay protector? Where can I get one?

I had it out of mastic tape. Cut small strips to fit the width of the chainstay and fold it to create the dimple/ridge. Each ridge is it's own piece of tape overlapped on the one before it. A bunch of small ones seem to work better than a few larger ones, which is what I originally tried. It's super effective, no chain slap noise!
