Jun 3, 2020

Over the course of the last two midnight sun filled Yukon summers a group of local Trail Builders and Groms have come together to create a new trail called Rock Lobster. The lower section of the trail is now open and ready for some action!

The addition of this trail is another good reason to come visit the Yukon (post Covid of course ) and explore the 381 mapped trails the Territory has to offer!

So I am to understand, a person could ride this at midnight for a few days a year? That would rock.

Can ride at midnight right now, we get like 2 months of no real darkness in the summer.

That edit reminds me of the golden times of pinkbike before all videos turned youtuber style! Awesome! If you don't know what I mean, I'm probably just too old.

Very cool. Which months does the riding season span up there? Dare I ask....are the bugs bad?
  • 3 0
The season usually runs from May-October (all year round for the fat bike crew).
Around the summer solstice you are able to start a ride around 10pm if you want!
Believe it or not the bugs aren't that bad!
