Slavik & Benko hit Budapest

This summer, gravity rider Tomas Slavik visited GHOST Factory Racing athlete Barbara Benko in her home in Hungary. Barbara, 30-times Hungarian mountain bike champion, shows "her" Budapest to Tomas Slavik. Of course on a bike. On a cross country bike.

Their stoke is contagious, looks like a fun group to ride with. Xc bikes are so fast and fun to flog around on. They make medium terrain ridiculously fun and fast with very narrow margin for error

The weight of that man's balls must offset that featherweight bike quite a bit...

It's ok, as long as they don't sway to the side and upset the bike''s balance.

@RowdyAirTime: that's what the chamois is for!

@Artikay13: Ha, ha, true. Before dropper posts, chamois were even more important!

30x national mountain bike champion and she’s only 30?! So either she’s won it every year since she was born or,.. 10x mountain, road and cross champion, PfP-style (but the text specifically says MTB champ)? More info required.

She could've done XC and enduro

The article is incorrect. Her titles are in XCO, CX, and road.

Wow, such a rad climbing edit, this is way more entertaining than that dumb wild west edit from tom van steenbergen. He did a great job taking no risks and staying on only sanctioned trails, and that epic little manual was much better than that lame frontflip over an 80ft gap. -Every xc nerd in these comments

Hitting camera people with roost, never gets old LOL And Slavik doing whips on a XC softtail, because why not

Hmmm, was expecting a train gap in the end..

great to see ghost really embrace the 8pins dropper. It is simply the best system on the market and deserves to be available to a wide range of customers on the market.

Definitely some skilled riding, especially for an XC bike. Great to see, as it sure looks like they were having fun. However, it's hard to get a good look at some of these bikes, as we just had a BLUR and now 2 GHOSTS...

i ride these trails regularly, the rock they re coming down at 1.08 is no joke, if you slip and fall to the right you can fall 3-4 meters into a rocky ditch. I usually go around, it s too risky

 Tomas is an exceptional rider.

Not sure what's the downvote about. King of Crankworx, 4x World champion, actually a nice guy to be around..definitely hits the exceptional mark imo. Of course everyone on pinkbike is a pro with some Rampage wins but even that won't make you faster than this guy Smile

This video has me wondering; has PB done a review/ First Ride on the Ghost Lector before?

 When are they getting married?

The bike is named after a machine in a James Bond film - that's awesome.
