Have you ever felt like you were out of your comfort zone on a trail? Are you used to someone who is much better than you saying "it's chill?" Well, Oliver feels like that most of the time, so we strapped a GoPro on him again to see how he fared in our neck of the woods!
Thought Transition was supposed to be the "Bike Riders" brand. Maybe thats what they think sells to E bike rider? Anyway, thats right up there with lamest shit I've ever seen on Pinkbike.
Yeah I wasnt suspecting this from transition, kinda weird to see and "advertisement" that doesn't motivate someone to go out and ride their bike and make the viewer aspire to be the rider that is riding the bike in the advertisement.
I though it was funny. I take a lot of friends riding for the first time and found it reminded me of the time I took my significant other to highland bike park and I was riding behind her trying to give her tips and she was afraid she was going to die. LOL.
If you are that afraid unprepared and whiny you should not be riding trails at that level, it's bound to end badly. If you relate then you need to pull back. ( I did only watch 30 seconds of it though as it was so painful to listen to)
If you make it to the bottom of a scary feature and you don't immediately switch from yammering in fear to whooping with stoke, maybe pick a different sport? We all get scared but this entire day seemed like torture for this dude.
Well you can complain as much as you want. THIS is not completely wrong. Ive brought so many ppl into the Sport and i tell ya what. Some of them Sound exactly like this Guy.
I just basically heard all these people ive met before at once. Made me feel uncomfortable I hate constant complainers. Shut up and ride your Bike, if its to Hard go ride Blue trails, Roadbikes or something haha
I get it's a joke but if you're screaming "I don't wanna be here" during a ride, maybe you just shouldn't be there! Find something that you enjoy, not something that skyrockets your blood pressure.
@DillonFaubion: Unsanctioned cryptid beast. Apprehensive people on ebikes riding trails WAY out of their skill level. No wonder the trails around here are getting ripped to shreds.
Totally. I've done all the moves on most of the trails in this area, but there are still days where I might not be feeling something, even if I've ridden it before and decide to pass. But the vanlife adventure seekers still feel the need to come and lock up their rear wheels or walk down this trail by the dozens every weekend now.
I've certainly said a few of same whiny lines while on a gnarly and unfamiliar trail... But I would never, in a million years, broadcast them to my peers. Oof. At least he made HB look cool, not that she needed the help.
I got thru about half the comments after watching the whole video. Seems to me most of you missed the point entirely. It was comedy people! Transition is pretty well known for the humorous videos they produce. Loosen up folks. It doesn't have to be all sred all the time. Laugh a little! More importantly, what trail is that? For a sec I thought it was double black on chuckyernutz, but it wasn't - curious in Bham...
Ne'r mind. Just saw the answer to my "what trail?" querie further down in the comments, that I had a tough time getting thru the first time due to massive amounts of "seriousitis."
