Im genuinely amazed at how fast these super high quality edits get put together, this was like 16 hours after the final rider is done for the day, if not less, and really, the quality of footage and editing really isn't too far behind the majority of "movies" you see out there with much bigger budgets and time allowances. Quality stuff.

Yes and no, it is the jobs of the passionate people at redbull media to create these edits, they do a great job because they employ great people, redbull media as a whole is worth allot more than a movie.

Yeah, it's pretty damn badass, regardless of budgets or anything! RedBull Media has yet to let me down on movies and edits they put together. I'm not always a fan of their live coverage, but all in all, they hook our sport up!!

So true. Not so long ago it seemed that, if like me you didn't have the 'luxury' of Eurosport covering the Grundigs etc (look it up noobs..

) then you had to wait A YEAR for the next most comprehensive videos/films from Sprung/Earthed etc to see what went down at the races you READ about in the mags. Mental.

Yeah, seriously bad music.

I generally find these edits with music over them so lifeless, devoid of the excitement / atmosphere that a race usually holds. I for one was a huge fan of the increasing popularity of the 'raw' edits. Hearing the bikes, riders and even the odd Marshall whistle is so much more 'real'. This video is clearly well edited but I switched off half way through. Bad music seems to be pretty common at the mo. Bring back RAW.

You really think the track is so bad you need to cry about it on pinkbike. I dont see what the problem is. Riders are flying, tons of rocks and huge jumps... Looks like fun to me

I agree, leftCoastBurn. It's not like the level of riding goes down if the track is easier. They push harder and take more chances. Will be a fun race to watch regardless.
