In the latest episode of “Sundays in Châtel”, follow Vincent Tupin on a casual shred through the park. Whether he’s sending it on the Reboul Jam slopestyle course to prepare for Rampage, hitting all the Châtel transfers or just visiting the other interconnected resorts, Vinny is always around with a big smile and up for some laps.
Nothing beats shreddin' fresh dirt. And yes, in case you were wondering, he took a shovel and fixed the turn after.
Laying it flat on the Reboul Jam course. Open every day, this jump line has become the place to go after the lifts close.
Deathgrip onto the next jump.
Châtel is part of the Portes du Soleil area and offers access to several other bike parks with the same lift pass. It's a good way to extend the fun during a day out.
Finally... a photo of Vinny T appearing at the end of an article— after countless videos of him shredding Chatel! I was beginning to think that nobody has actually taken a photo of him!
I always look forward to Vinny T videos, they never disappoint! He always lets the riding do the talking. That said, it is kinda neat to see a picture of the man, the myth, the legend at the end.
Portes du Soleil is a paradise for MTB, Chatel, Morzine, Les Gets, Avoriaz, Morgins, etc. I was for one day in Les Gets but next time a week minimum for sure!
Another awesome video but it shouldn't be titled "Sundays in Chatel" when have the video is set in Morgins! Props to the Morgins trailbuilders for the best berms in the PDS this year hands f**king down!!!
Vinny T's riding speaks for itself so couple that with just the raw sound. The bike, tires, and dirt is the most impactful and least distracting soundtrack.
It’s called a Toboggan indeed. It’s an old BMX trick. Looks really good on a 20 inch, but on a big bike it has to be performed really well. Vinny has ‘em down though, haha!
