Damn, I tried to get into this dual speed stuff but I just don't get it, it really is .. naff .. I hate hating on MTB but this just does not work for me at all, would prefer a straight dual race, not really a slalom, just 2 peeps racing a track like this but twice as long, no big kickers and no lanes, just fast, loose and furious props to all the guys and girls keeping all these Les Gets track running,

Pretty sure you're wrong seeing as this event is incredibly popular for spectators, so if the event isn't naff then maybe it's something to do with you instead? If you want a straight dual race then go watch drag racing or track cycling?

Well for me no, i am not wrong, there is little flow, ill matched competitors, odd scoring -so no, it has little to no excitement and, TBH, the crowds look pretty thin at today's event - and, if i were there yes, I would probably watch it because, well, I would be there .. as for watching it at home on a player, and as something to distract from work, well, I tried .. but no, worked instead .. Anyway, for me its a format that just does not work and is naff, for others that's fine - be pretty boring if we all liked the same stuff cheers

@makdthed: I on the other hand like it. What I don't get is the guys that do slopestyle and bust out an x-up on a huge jump. Didnt you describe 4x though except with 2 riders so 2x I guess
