This isn't your typical glossy, overproduced shredit, but Josh 'Ratboy' Bryceland, Loosedog Lewis, and the rest of the 50to01 crew aren't exactly your typical riders. Sit back, relax, and watch the wildness unfold.
Thanks for the share guys! Such a fun experience putting this together. Brought the best out in everyone. Hope you enjoy as much as we did!!! Happy shredding
50ro01 has some of the most approachable, and talented, riding out there. Reminiscent of being a tyke and dedicating summers/weekends to the bike. Sick stuff man.
Possibly the best vid of the year. The stoke was so thick you could almost touch it. Pioneering for sure. So much skill displayed. So much fun being had. Love it!
@nyhc00: i absolutely agree. you see a lot of riders on insta or in other edits breaking out bmx inspired tricks like fakies, fancy manuals, 180s and barspins. really exciting time to be a mountain biker!
How the hell do you guys get up after such gnarly crashes? Sick film, love every minute! And thanks for releasing it earlier, was dope seeing it pop up on youtube today
What mtbin' is about. Keeping it chill, lots of laughs, finding reasons to slide in mud. Every reason to be amped on this work buds, looking forward to more.
I enjoyed this much more than most of the serious MTB vids you normally see. I like seeing other riders riding like we do just having fun and pushing each other to send stuff and doing random shit it's a lot of fun to watch.
insane stuff - it seems britain is the epicenter of mtb madness - riding the way it should be bikedesign the way it should be -only the whether.. meh. the brits are the tits keep it up!
I find this a good picture of how I learned to ride: with plenty of crashes along the way and stoke when I got sth dialled. Many of the moves were balls out but I really appreciated the slower, tech moves interpreting the obstacles and the terrain in a new way.
Such a sick video boys. Love the whole vibe of it, very Alien Workshop but done in your own way. Riding was so good. Style for miles and the soundtrack superb. Mungos hi fi for the credits was icing on the cake. 10/10 for 50to01
@DirtCrab: unfortunately living in Brazil, a (shirt + shipping + taxes) * currency exchange costs almost the same as a kidney... Hahaha If they charge 10 bucks for the digital video itself would be easier and cheaper to support...!
Man that reminds me of old skating videos so much. Just needs more wide angle shots from the ground cause every thing looks better through a fisheye lens.
I'm down with a funny, in an awkward non-bike related sort of way, intro for thirty seconds- not three minutes. That kind of intro needs a warning label at the least.
Absolutely stoked on the riding tricks and all around epic bike handling, not stoked on being encouraged to treat a $5000 mtn bike like a $300 bmx bike maybe try(wimp version of) this stuff on and old slope/freeride bike. Freeride lives!!
@BenPea: That was my point. And there are far worse scenarios than just killing. An, otherwise avoidable, accident may drag a whole family into a lifelong fight with depression. I've seen it.
@uncajohn: All true, but art is art, so let's appreciate it as such. Life is prosaic enough as it is. When you look at a Van Gogh, is your first thought "it's a shame he drank so much absinthe". They had helmets on, they are clearly on another plane of biking, it made me happy. Let's dream a bit huh?

Just a thought....\
Well,
under the very same rock that knocked you down. So how does it feel now that you're eating through a straw?
You may have as much fun as you wish AND be responsible. That's all.... (by the way, WHAT made you feel that bad about my question?)
That was my point.

I've seen it.
Sure!
