There is no way I'm going to go through 11 pages of trail names and rate them. Come to Northern AZ, go to the bike shops, get some trail beta first hand and link some sweet loops.

Glad to be part of TORCA! Check out Torca.org or the facebook page if you guys want to join rides and enjoy some Tucson gnar chunk! Summer time means higher elevation trails at Mt. Lemmon then when winter comes, it's time for the lower rocky stuff. If you guys are looking for endless rock gardens then Tucson and Phx's SOMO is the place for that kind of itch!

So much good riding in AZ year round. Damn..I'm supposed to keep that under wraps. Solid scene in all aspects of riding and lots of organizations such as GROAZ, TORCA and FGR pushing for legal parks and trails!

There's a link but a lot of Tucson's trails have already been mapped and submitted. TORCA(Tucson Offroad Cyclists and Activists) piloted the trailforks program. Thanks to TF and Pinkbike(Brent Hiilier) for letting us be a apart of it! Check torca.org/trails for links to TF maps! Cheers!

Nothing but cactus, rattlesnakes and wild indians in AZ. I'd stay away.

having lived in phx for about 7 years i can say south mountain is one of the greatest places ever to ride, 365 days a year. yeah in the summer you hit it early but that mountain is so sweet and although i am not the greatest rider i can flow through rock gardens like no body's business as the whole mountain is a rock garden!!

I'm in Tucson and there's PLENTY of riding ranging from decent street/park riding to desert and mountain trails.
Plus the added bonus of being able to ride all year around without being snowed in for 5 or 6 months...
This coming from a northeast transplant.

Definitely needs to be a Tucson link.

Lots of Tucson trail information, in addition to advocacy updates and information about trail work days, is on the Sonoran Desert Mountain Bicyclists (SDMB) website, www.sdmb.org.
