 Who do I have to F$%# to win this S^#&?
  • + 3
 Lol everyone keeps saying that, but how high are your expectations that you think you can just enter a massive draw, and win.

 @Kramz: doh!

 I'll give $200 for all of it!

 Few years back, Diamondback had drawings for a few bikes, I walked away with a Sortie Black, with a full XTRgroupo and EA90/EC90 specs. Heavy frame but awesome build. It can happen...

 Truvativ still kicking! Weird Sram is still using the brand since it never seemed particularly popular. If you're going to bring Truvativ back can we have a Hammerschmidt 2.0 instead so I don't need a ridiculous pie plate cassette?

 What is the difference between Truvative and Sram? The cranks always look exactly the same, and they are clearly both from the same company? Have I got it completely wrong as I don't get it...

 Truvativ is a SRAM brand, along with Avid, Zip and RockShox
  • + 3
 @jaame: That's what I thought - I just don't see what differentiates them beyond branding...?
  • + 10
 @slimboyjim: Nothing. That's the whole point of brands, isn't it? The same moneyed people create the illusion of competition, allowing them to keep pocketing a lot of chen.
  • + 3
 @jaame: Except for the cranks there's not much overlap in products between these companies. It has more to do with the legal parts of running companies as well as the image (for example if one of the companies has massive failures it won't effect the sales on the other companies, same for bankruptcies, debts, etc).

 Do you know what does SRAM mean in Polish? "I'm taking a dump". Now you know.
  • + 1
 Which is ironic when you consider that it's easier to dump with Shimano

 Nice goodies! Hope the winners enjoys them! It is strange that SRAM re-introduced this brand despite its status as an OEM brand of parts.
